Due to overwhelming feedback from patients and staff we have today taken the decision to move back to Klinik from PATCHS

After a week using the PATCHS system we have been unable to iron out some issues affecting patient experience and patient care. We have not taken this decision lightly and will look to review our online system again in August next year towards the end of our contract. We hope this move will support patients in getting the care that need in a timely manner. We apologise for any inconvenience.

This group operates independently and does not represent Chiswick Medical Practice or its’ views.
We encourage all patients to rely on the official Chiswick Medical Practice Patient Participation Group (PPG) for communication and feedback mechanisms with the practice. This group is the only recognized channel for us to gather patient input and improve our services.
