We’d like to thank all patients from Glebe Street Surgery and Chiswick Medical Practice who have taken the time to share their views during the consultation period so far for the proposed merger.

Your feedback has been incredibly valuable — through surveys, comments, and participation in recent events, you’ve helped us better understand your priorities, concerns, and what you value most in your care.

🔍 What We’ve Heard So Far

Across both practices, patients have told us:

  • That continuity of care with familiar clinicians is essential
  • That timely, easy access to appointments matters deeply
  • That face-to-face appointments must remain available
  • That communication about changes must be clear and ongoing

💬 Specific feedback from Glebe Street patients

  • Glebe patients have raised particular concerns about appointment access, including how difficult it can feel to get a GP appointment quickly.
  • In response, we have adapted our Glebe Street patient presentation to clearly explain our access model, including how we are improving telephone access, appointment booking, and options for face-to-face care at Glebe and across our sites.

💬 Specific feedback from Chiswick Medical Practice ( CMP) patients

  • CMP patients have asked for more transparency around clinician workload, access options across sites, and improvements in communication.
  • Many have expressed positive views about the current service and are keen to maintain what is already working well.

We are using your feedback to co-design improvements and shape the way we deliver care going forward.
