Important Update for All Chiswick Medical Practice Patients
We are pleased to inform you that Glebe Street Surgery is joining Chiswick Medical Practice, becoming our fourth site alongside Grove Park Site, Wellesley Road Site, and Chiswick Health Centre Site.
This is part of our commitment to delivering high-quality, accessible and sustainable care across the Chiswick community. We will update on a date the merger will take place when we know more.
What does this mean for you?
For most of our patients, very little will change:
- You will continue to access care in the same way, from the same clinicians and teams.
- Your usual site, contact details, and appointment processes will remain the same.
The key change is that Glebe Street Surgery and its staff will now formally become part of CMP, giving us an even stronger and more resilient team across four sites. You may now occasionally be offered appointments at Glebe Street (just as you may currently be offered appointments at our other sites) – this means more availability and flexibility when it comes to accessing the care you need.
We’ll continue to update you as the merger completes, and we look forward to welcoming Glebe Street’s patients and staff into our wider Chiswick Medical practice family.
Please note that we are currently in the consultation stage of the proposed practice merger. Final approval of the merger is subject to review and agreement by Northwest London Integrated Care Board (NWL ICB).
