Opening times through December 2024
Dear Patients, As we approach the December period, we would like to inform you of our opening hours. Services will be running as normal throughout December. We will be closed as normal on bank holidays. Please note the following bank holiday closures across all sites:
- 25th and 26th December 2024 (Bank Holidays)
- 1st January 2024 (New Year’s Day)
During these closures, if you cannot wait until we are open, you can still access health services by calling NHS 111 for advice and support.
Additionally, Wellesley Road site will not be open on Friday, 27th December 2024, and Tuesday, 31st December 2024.
However, services will remain available at our Grove Park and Chiswick Health Centre sites and other services will run as normal. Patients can contact us as needed either in person at these sites, via telephone or via our Klinik form. Please visit our website for more information.
